This module will help you set realistic expectations to help make the process of starting and maintaining your network easier for you and ultimately your whole network. You will explore the time commitment and how in just a few short hours each month, your network can help you achieve a goal or dream.

In Module 2 you will gain a better understanding of the specific roles on the network. Each person has a job to do, including you, the Centre. A successful network is based on accepting and respecting each role and what each of you brings to the network.

Finding the right Facilitator will set you up for success. It is finding someone who can do the job, someone to help establish healthy boundaries, build trusting relationships and is an effective communicator. Sometimes it can take weeks or months but remember, you deserve the best candidate.
